Rainbow Remembrance Day

Rainbow Remembrance Day
August 28 is Rainbow Remembrance Day. We remember the donkeys and mules who have touched our lives

On Rainbow Remembrance Day we honour and remember all the animals who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. At the DSC, we hold close the memories of the donkeys and mules who have touched our lives with their gentle spirits and unique personalities.

Every animal leaves a hoof print on our hearts, and today, we celebrate the joy they brought into our lives, even as we still miss them dearly.

This past year we said goodbye to Buster, Piper, Hewey, Silky, Juno and Rimkin.

Always remembered.

The Donkey Sanctuary of Canada is a not-for-profit licensed charity.
