Scout

Before arriving to the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada, Scout and his friend Piper lived on a honeybee farm in Central Ontario. They had a loving home but the owner realized that they just didn’t have the time to give the two donkeys the proper care they deserved.

The DSC was contacted to see if we could provide a forever home to Scout and Piper. The two donkeys arrived at the DSC in the early fall of 2017.

Scout took some time to become accustomed to his new surroundings and the daily routine here at the Sanctuary but has settled in well.
